What you can do at the end
Build a working agent that uses one tool against real data, with a small set of test cases that shows it does what you claim, and explain the choices you made about model, context, and tools.
Before you start
You write code for a living in any language and are comfortable at a terminal. You don’t need any Claude experience. If you already hold Claude Certified Developer - Foundations, you can skip this path, because it helps you prepare for that exam.

About 60 min. Longer Claude Code sessions with less supervision, covering steering, verification, permission modes, hooks, headless runs, and GitHub Actions.
8Introduction to Model Context Protocol
About 60 min. Build an MCP server and client with the Python SDK, covering tools, resources, prompts, and the MCP Server Inspector.
9Introduction to agent skills
About 30 min. Build, configure, and share skills in Claude Code, and learn when a skill fits better than CLAUDE.md, a subagent, a hook, or an MCP server.
10Introduction to subagents
About 20 min. How to split a task across parallel subagents and design each one well.
